How to apply your decals

Make sure the surface of your item is clean and dry. If possible, clean with an alcohol based cleaner as soap can leave a residue which may stop your design from sticking. Place your decal face down & peel back the backing paper. You will be left with your decal attached to the transfer tape. Position your decal on to the clean surface and rub to adhere to the surface. Rubbing with a debit/credit card can help to apply if the design doesn’t stick straight away. SLOWLY peel back the transfer tape to leave your design perfectly applied!

Once applied your items will not be dishwasher safe – Wipe with a damp cloth taking care when wiping over the text or gently wash in warm soapy water – Do not use abrasive cleaners – Do not soak  – Do not fill with hot liquids

Postage

Labels are posted second class. If you order more that 10 labels your postage will automatically be upgraded to second class signed for. However many labels you purchase, your postage will be combined.

Larger items are posted via Royal Mail with tracking and insurance. However many items you purchase, your postage will be combined.

If ordering a combination of items you will be charged the highest rate of postage only.

Postage is only within the UK at this time.

Turn Around Time

As your item/s are custom made to order there is a maximum 10 day turn around time to process, make and post your order.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order with us you will be asked for your name, address and email for postage and contact purposes.

This will not be shared with any third parties. The information submitted will only be used to contact the customer about a query or for postage purposes. Details are only kept in relevance to the purchase. 

Returns Policy

Due to items being custom made returns are not accepted unless faulty or defective. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case.
